Before arriving in Ponte Vedra Beach, we recommend that you get FPRA’s Annual Conference App on your smart phone or tablet, which features a conference schedule, speaker bios, speaker evaluations, information about the resort and more! In preparation for the event, we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make your trip to the Sawgrass Marriott as stress free as possible. Below, you will find directions to the resort and conference information for your convenience. Check-In for the Sawgrass Marriott begins at 4 p.m. and you must check out by 11 a.m. on the day you are departing. Note: There is a large group checking out of Sawgrass on Sunday, August 5th. Therefore, if you arrive before 4 p.m. it is likely your room will not be ready. Please be aware that Conference Registration will be open at the Champions Registration Desk at the Sawgrass Marriott from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The President’s Welcome Reception will be held in the Arbor Ballroom from 6-9:30 p.m. on Sunday. Visit the Conference App to learn more about the event. On Monday, the registration desk will re-open at the Champions Registration Desk at 7 a.m. A continental breakfast will be available beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the Champions Foyer. Follow I-295 to Butler Boulevard, SR 202, and go east on Butler Boulevard East until it ends at A1A. Veer right onto A1A (south) and follow 3.5 miles to the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa. Turn right on PGA Tour Blvd. The hotel is on the left. |
