Senior Director of Communications, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill
Eleni Kouvatsos, APR, is an award-winning communications leader based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has extensive experience leading national communications strategy for both private and small-cap public companies, including Florida-based First Watch Restaurants. She currently serves as the senior director of communications for polished-casual brand Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, where she oversees corporate communications strategy, including executive and crisis communications and consumer public relations. Kouvatsos joined FPRA’s Central West Coast Chapter in 2015. She was honored with its Joe Curley Rising Leader award in 2018, served as chapter president from September 2020 through August 2021 and remains involved today as an at-large board member and advisor. Kouvatsos earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida in 2014, her Accreditation in Public Relations in 2020 and her Masters in Business Administration from Emory University in 2024.
