Madelene Skinner, VP of Digital Media

Madelene Skinner headshot

Madelene is a dynamic marketing and communications professional with a passion for making connections and bringing impactful storytelling since 2007. As the senior marketing communications leader at RS&H, she drives the planning and executing of brand recognition strategies for the Infrastructure Group, as well as managing internal and external marketing communications.

She believes in the importance of cultivating inclusive environments where all voices are heard and seen. Her multicultural perspective inspires her engagement with Black and Brown communities and the AEC and PR industry to create a space for authenticity, innovation and productivity.


Bobby Parker, Northwest Florida Coast Chapter

Bobby is the principal and chief creative officer for Parker Gene Creative – a boutique creative marketing and public relations agency specializing in nonprofits and small businesses. Prior to launching Parker Gene Creative in October 2022, Bobby served as the vice president of marketing for Corcoran Reverie, the leading high-end real estate brokerage in Northwest Florida and Nashville and an affiliate of The Corcoran Group.

Bobby currently resides in Pensacola, Florida, and spends his free time immersed in the local community and cultural arts scene as well as being an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. He also enjoys browsing the local farmers’ markets, discovering new restaurants and shops, attending local festivals, and of course spending time with friends and family and his fur babies.

Why did you join the FPRA Annual Conference Digital Media team?

“I joined the digital media team because I believe in the power of attending FPRA’s Annual Conference, and I want to share my experience and the meaningful takeaways with others. Damir Simovic, Northwest Florida Coast Chapter

As a highly motivated REALTOR®, Damir greatly values the trust that Real Estate Buyers and Sellers across the Emerald Coast have placed in him to help them achieve their goals in a smooth and fulfilling process. As an Immigrant, he and his family made several moves and finally settled in Missouri. Driven by a strong passion for helping clients own a home and build generational wealth, Damir leverages more than 15 years as a business owner, working in sales, marketing, and customer relations to guide, advise, and educate clients, to empower them to make well-informed decisions.

When he is not busy pursuing his clients’ goals, Damir enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and reading to keep up with ever-changing market trends. Don’t be surprised if you are riding with him to see your dream home; there will definitely be a beach chair in the back and sand on the floorboards.

Why did you join the FPRA Annual Conference Digital Media team?

Carlee Mixon, Space Coast Chapter

Carlee is the vice president of communications for the Space Coast Chapter of FPRA, and she brings innovative digital strategies to life as the senior digital marketing specialist for Launch Credit Union. Having been a part of LeadershipFPRA Class VII, she built a strong professional network across the state.

Why did you join the FPRA Annual Conference Digital Media team?

“I am eager to expand my connections within FPRA even more, recognizing the importance of fostering meaningful relationships throughout the industry. Therefore, when presented with the opportunity to be a part of the 2023 Annual Conference Digital Media Team, I jumped at the chance. Lindsay Tozer, FCRM, Ocala Chapter

Lindsay is a resident of Citrus County, FL, and has more than twenty-five years of experience in communications, social services and child-welfare, community-based care, local government, public relations and non-profit organizations. She has a strong interest in disability rights stemming from her own personal experience with herself, close friends and family members. Likewise, she is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. Lindsay has served the last 15 years as a deputy clerk for the Citrus County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller.

Her motto of inspiration is “Be kind and find your joy.” With her deep faith, positive spirit and contagious smile, Lindsay is dedicated to educating, advocating and raising awareness of the abilities and challenges of the disability population on a local and state level. Lindsay has been with her life partner John for 15 years. Together they have 3 adorable dachshunds – Duke, Bailey and Kora.

Why did you join the FPRA Annual Conference Digital Media team?

“What an awesome environment to create content that sparks interest and discussions to a relevant audience. I love creating a variety of engaging and informative content – from blog posts and infographics to videos and palm cards. I’ve fallen in love with how socials are able to keep a community connected even when the members are far apart. By having an opportunity to craft clever posts, engaging visuals and capturing spontaneous moments; we will be able to highlight those key takeaway moments for conference attendees, while also offering a snapshot to those checking in from afar.

Valencia Scott, Capital Chapter

Valencia has been a valued member of the Capital Chapter since 2017. She currently serves as director of awards of recognition, and she also just graduated from LeadershipFPRA Class VII. With more than 20 years of dedicated service at the Leon County Property Appraiser’s Office, Valencia has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing and executing digital content and community outreach initiatives. Her efforts have been instrumental in educating the public about the office’s core functions and responsibilities, particularly in raising awareness about various property tax exemptions.

Recognized for her outstanding contributions and commitment to her community, Valencia was honored as one of Tallahassee Democrat’s “25 Women You Need to Know for 2023.” Her passion for serving and educating others extends beyond her professional responsibilities, as she actively engages with numerous local fraternal, professional, community and service organizations. Valencia’s zeal for making a positive impact in the lives of others shines through her work and involvement in various spheres.
