Alyson is the senior director of communications for Universal Orlando Resorts and will share on the topic: Complimentary vs Competitive – How Challenger Brands Can Live in Harmony. Networking starts at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at noon.
Alyson has worked on the communications team at Universal for more than 13 years and has been closely involved with communicating the destination’s evolution, beginning in 2010 with the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade. In her current role, she leads a team in setting global public relations strategy, tactical planning and execution, corporate issues and crisis management.
