He is a seasoned public relations professional with more than 30 years of experience in internal and external communications, media and public relations, and corporate philanthropy.
Chris will share how you can become a Master of your Disaster. Senior management and leaders within companies, organizations and governments embroiled in a crisis have learned the hard way what happens when the unthinkable becomes reality. The fact that we live in an age of transparency means that no company or organization is immune to the threat of a possible crisis.
