With more people working from home during the pandemic, the boundaries between work and home have been blurred more than ever. Even before the pandemic, with social media monitoring being a 24/7 responsibility and with our phones making the office accessible at all times (i.e., email, text, etc.), there seems to be no boundaries between work and home for public relations professionals. • Act with intention to better manage your boundaries
• You can use the tools and technology to your benefit
• Managing boundaries is as much about your health as it is productivity
