The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) Lake County Chapter welcomes Anthony Morrison, two-time Emmy Award-Winning Senior Social Media Producer for Good Morning America, for a highly interactive chat offering insights into the social media operations of Good Morning America.

Morrison produces and curates breaking news content across all platforms and works internally with Walt Disney Studios and Disney+ to deliver content for a digitally native audience. He also works with the flagship broadcast teams and anchor talent to effectively integrate social media and digital concepts for America’s most watched morning show.
He is a key player for synergy across the overall ABC News and ABC News Digital eco-system. Morrison created and executive produced ‘Pride on ABC News Live’ and was the lead producer and architect of the “Triple Force Friday” Global Reveal Livestream for Disney Consumer Products & Lucasfilm. He recently accepted the GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Online Journalism Article, his first and the first-ever win for GoodMorningAmerica.com for his report on the FDA policies that limit blood donations from gay and bi-sexual men.
Morrison is an Alum of CNN and TIME, Inc., working for the LIFE Magazine Picture Collection, and is a graduate of the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business.
