A strategic plan is your guidebook, your organizational roadmap, the path to follow from inception to evaluation of programs and projects. Plans are developed for numerous purposes and range from very complex to brief outlines. There is no magic formula for developing a strategic plan, for planning is an art rather than a science, but there are elements that should be present in all of them. In this session, Jennifer will present a process to help you maximize your chances of building a successful plan.
