Congratulations to FPRA State President Lanette Hart, APR, CPRC who gave birth to a baby boy at 6:48 p.m. on Thursday, December 11. Philip Alexander Mallory Hart tipped the scales at 7lbs., 7oz and measured 19 and 3/4 inches long. Mom and baby are doing well.
